Our therapists have experience in dealing with a wide range of phobias, from mice and driving tests to heights and claustrophobia.
We know that your phobia is not a part of who you are. It's simply a reaction that you have learnt, and repeat every time you're faced with a similar situation.
We can help you to easily and quickly 'unlearn' this reaction, and give you the tools to feel confident and relaxed at all times.
We don't believe in analysing the cause of your phobia, nor will we ask you to face your phobia head on. We work in a calm, laid-back atmosphere, and our clients are often surprised at how relaxing and enjoyable the hypnosis sessions are.
Panic
