Congratulations on your decision to quit!

There are two approaches to choose from as follows:

1.       The Single-Session Approach:  A single, two-hour session where you quit smoking immediately.  Perfect for you if you’re certain that right now is the perfect time for you to quit!

2.       The Two-Session Approach:  Two separate one-hour sessions, a week or two apart.  You quit smoking after the second session.  In between sessions, you make changes to some of the habits you associate with smoking.  Perfect for you if you’d prefer a more gentle and gradual approach to quitting!
