Congratulations on your decision to quit!
There are two options to consider when quitting with hypnosis:
The ‘Cold Turkey’ method:
Quit smoking in just one session! This approach is perfect if you’re dedicated to quitting for your own personal reasons, and are looking forward to a life without cigarettes.
The ‘Cutting Down’ method:
This is ideal if you smoke a lot of cigarettes each day, or are slightly apprehensive about becoming a non-smoker.
During your first session we will radically reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke on a daily basis.
During your second session, a few weeks later, we will eliminate cigarettes from your routine completely.
